Looking for a personalised Christmas present for friends and family? There’s nothing more thoughtful than creating your own homemade gifts tailored to them. If you have someone special in your life who’s partial to a bit of Irish Cream here’s a fantastic recipe for making a bottle full (with a bit left over for the cook!)

Ingredients

250ml single cream
1x 397g tin condensed milk
350ml Irish whiskey
1 tsp Camp coffee essence
3 tsp chocolate sauce
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp almond essence

Preparation method

Simply pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds.
Add extra Camp or chocolate to taste.
Pour into sterilised bottles and store in the fridge. We recommend using our 750ML Bordeaux wine bottle which should provide you with enough leftovers to get you through wrapping the rest of the presents!
Or if you want to give smaller bottles out the recipe will fill four of our lovely 250ml bottles.
Top Tip: Keep it Christmassy with a red or gold ribbon and create a personalised label
The liqueur will keep for up to two months. Shake well before using.
