Delivery & Returns

Due to a surge in COVID-19 cases, a lot of couriers are affected by their staff isolating, so we cannot guarantee next-day delivery at this point.

Prices: All prices are shown in British pound sterling, including 20% VAT. Prices are subject to change without notice.


Payments: Online payments can be made using Solo, Switch, MasterCard, UK Maestro, and Visa credit and debit cards via a secure, encrypted payment system.


Cancellations: Orders may be changed or cancelled at any time during the online ordering process up to the point when payment is made.


Delivery charges: Delivery charges, depending on weight, will be shown in the shopping cart once all items have been added and the delivery address confirmed.


These Carriage charges apply to zones A and B as defined by our Courier as follows:

Delivery Times: We aim to deliver goods within 2 working days from the date of the order. However, we cannot be held liable for any delays due to circumstances beyond our control. Our couriers deliver between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.


Delivery Terms: Goods are dispatched via courier service or an independent haulier, and usually a signature is required upon delivery. However, goods can be left as instructed at the time of order at the owner’s risk. The goods left will be the buyer’s responsibility.


Claims: Shortages or breakages apparent at the time of delivery must be digitally photographed and reported to the office within 3 working days upon receipt of goods.  Please note that we only replace the broken items, not the whole consignment.


Returns: Where goods have been supplied in accordance with the purchase order but the customer finds the products to be unsuitable, the customer must contact The Bottle Company (South) Ltd. within 7 days of receipt to agree to a return. Once agreement has been reached, the customer may return the item(s) in the original packaging at their own expense. Upon receipt of the goods, if they are in their original condition, a refund or exchange will be processed. Goods returned without prior agreement are liable for non-acceptance and will be held at the customer's risk. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


Availability: All items on the website are sold subject to availability.
