Please complete this form only if all of the packaging you buy from us qualifies for an account-level EPR exemption, or if you are a Large Producer or a dairy farm operating a closed-loop milk bottle service.

EPR charges may apply to bottles, jars, caps, closures and other packaging supplied by Bottle Company South. In some cases the charge may not need to be applied by us, or responsibility may sit with the customer instead.

Our company is classed as a Large Producer, with turnover of GBP 2 million or more and responsibility for more than 50 tonnes of packaging per year. We accept responsibility for our own EPR reporting and fees, so EPR should not be charged by Bottle Company South.
All of the glass, caps or closures we purchase will be used and disposed of within our business, or within our customer's business, and will not end up in household recycling or public bins. EPR should not be charged on our account.
All of the glass, caps or closures we purchase will be exported for use outside the UK. EPR should not be charged on our account.
We are a dairy farm or milk producer operating a re-use closed loop delivery service for milk bottles. The glass is disposed of or managed through our own business process and we can provide evidence if required.
Some (but not all) of our orders qualify for an exemption, for example mixed on-site use, mixed export, or another partial case. Online account exemption is not available. Please telephone us to place those orders so the EPR charge can be adjusted where appropriate.
None of the above apply to us. Please quote and charge EPR where applicable. No exemption declaration is needed.

The EPR regulations around some areas of glass use, including re-use and closed loop systems, may be subject to further guidance or review. If DEFRA, PackUK or another UK Government department requests information relating to goods supplied by Bottle Company South, we may be required to provide relevant order or customer data where legally requested. Bottle Company South will not accept liability for EPR fees, penalties or enforcement action arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.
