EPR charges may apply to bottles, jars, caps, closures and other packaging supplied by Bottle Company South. In some cases, the charge may not need to be applied by us, or responsibility may sit with the customer instead.

Our company is classed as a Large Producer, with turnover of GBP 2 million or more and responsibility for more than 50 tonnes of packaging per year. We accept responsibility for our own EPR reporting and fees, so EPR should not be charged by Bottle Company South.
Some or all of the glass, caps or closures we purchase will be used and disposed of within our business, or within our customer's business, and will not end up in household recycling or public bins. Please check with us when we order so the EPR charge can be adjusted where appropriate.

We are a dairy farm or milk producer operating a re-use closed loop delivery service for milk bottles. The glass is disposed of or managed through our own business process and we can provide evidence if required.

Bottle Company South will not accept liability for EPR fees, penalties or enforcement action arising from incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by the customer.
